Got the fist coat of POR15 on the frame this morning. Here are a few pics.

I used POR15 on my frame, I believe you will be pleased with the product.

Brushed it on but it dries like it was sprayed. I have done all my suspension parts, rear end, etc with it. They all look like they have been sprayed or powder coated. Amazing stuff. Absolutley bullet proof. Just don't get it on your hands. I found out that once it dries you can't get it off with anything. I laid one of the front frame extensions with wet edges on the cement and I had to pry it off with a crow bar when it dried.

POR-15 Rocks!

I have used it many times on frames, a arms, trailing arms, etc..

I like powder coat, but I consider 15 the next best thing!

Nice looking frame, Bob. (I wish I had used POR15.) You're really moving along on this restoration.
