Great pics and stories!

In that first drivers side pic of the blue car I see much similarity to midyear coupes.

Thanks, Doug

I'll bite on the price: $350K.

Russ, I didn't take any photos. At the time it was just the injection repair job de jour. Everybody I meet thinks their own Corvette is unique and irreplaceable. Of course I did take some notes about the injection and I have his invoice, but that's about it.

I think those cars are "worth" $200,000 each or so to me. That means there's probably some other old man out there (but with a young girlfriend to impress) who would pay twice as much for one.

You guys are way low.

Paul Russell and Company is offering a Red Scaglietti for $800k. I think this is the Scaglietti that has the perfectly operating FI unit compliments of Mr. Bramlett.

The rumor on the street is that the blue Scaglietti pictured at the start of this thread can be had for a cool $2M.

Both cars are way above my pay grade. I like the blue car a lot, but not enough to trigger a payment on my life insurance policy.

Bumping an old thread here...... found it via Google.

Were only three of these built (two red, one blue)??? Where are they now?

Sounds like there's a market for someone to pull molds from one of these cars and offer an American-made FIBERGLASS body for the C1 chassis. For those needing modern comforts, it would be a slam dunk on an aftermarket restomod frame.
