Pics of the Wonder Bar that should be dead :)
I posted a while back about how FedEx crushed my '62 Wonder Bar after Jerry Rudbeck had just repaired it.
Well FedEx did finally pay the insurance claim for the rebuild, and here it is in all it's glory after a full restoration by Jerry. This is the same radio!
Jerry did a phenomenal job, after inspecting the radio he determined that we were still better off repairing it rather than starting from scratch on an other unknown donner. BTW, the case is not painted, he used some sort of finishing process to replicate the factory case finish.
Hats off to Jerry, he can be reached at www.electrodesign.us

Jerry Rudbeck currently has my 67 Radio. I can not say enough positive things about him. More than Fair prices, completely competent, and extremely accurate diagnosis for repairs needed. Very personable with a caring touch. I'll stop here as I'm beginning to Rant about his great service!!! Al W. PS: And he is putting a Jack into my original 67 Radio so that I can play tunes from my iPod!!! Now that's COOL!

Saw the Beach Boys live about 3 years ago in Orlando, they (the ones still alive and not mentally impaired) still bring the crowd to their feet and put on a helluva show...see them if you ever get the chance...
My original Wonderbar is in storage (still works too), but my repro AM/FM Wonderbar is one of the best purchases I've made...
