Ever see this happen? Left the booth after painting the truckster , came back the next day and the paint went way dark but I like it.

I like that Blue. Did it turn darker evenly or was it just in spots. Looks even to me. I am not a fan or Blue but I do like that dark Blue.

Nothing like doing the job 2x... I like the color a friend that used to post on here had one in that color but did it with a medium gray stinger.

You changed colors faster than my wife changes her mind!

Nice choice!

Still looking for the pics of what I think was the orignal custom job on the car. Have to go through my old slides. Nothing in the snap shots.

That is the most expensive Paint job I ever did on one car ! Painted it Marina blue 300 base with 400 dollars worth of the most expensive clear I use
called DC 92 all RM products. Truth is I could not stand Marina blue the car is a mild custom so I went with the darker 09 jeep color ya know sticking to its roots . I like it now and it has good clear coat super sealer for the new paint now

Blue Metalics seem to have a mind of thier own! I would let RM know about your event. It does look great though. What I wouldn't give to have a Booth! Al W.

If this jogs your memory. During stripping I found blue , yellow , and heavy red metal flake like what you see on a bass boat or a bowling ball
I think the builder is deceased I tried tracking him down by an old Ins card that was dated 2000 . Keep looking I would love to know who built that disaster.
