I replaced my headlight opening switch this Spring ...got the switch from a vendor who states they use good correct items...it will remain nameless. Well the switch is just about worthless..you have to push like heck to get the headlights to open and to close. Sometimes I have to push and wiggle the chrome switch to get it to react....

Does anyone know who makes a good quality switch? Thanks

To the best of my knowledge, there's only one source for the roll over switches, and as you've found, they're junk.

I put the repro switch "guts" into the old switch's housing and it works fine on my '63. I thought the repro housing looked chincy...
