Kruse Auction HiJinks continued
More than 3 months after the Kruse auction in Tucson, sellers are finally starting to receive checks from Kruse.
Just a couple of minor issues remain, however:
Some of the checks have bounced.
Some are $500 short of the amount due.
Interestingly, the checks are predated to March 27 which makes them appear compliant with the 30-day payout clause in the Kruse auction agreement. The poor guy who sold his Road Runner to raise emergency cash was sent TWO bad checks.
A Kruse representative contacted by the Arizona Daily (Red) Star would not comment.
