I'll post the Corvettes first and tell you up front that there aren't many. If you don't want to see the other stuff stop just stop scrolling after the Vettes and pick a thread that more fits your needs.

I'll put a price on the for sale cars if I remember it.

$49k

$38k

$39.9k

$15.5k

$46.5k

$30.9k Swiss cheese frame.

The swiss cheese frame was lowered to 29,500.00. I saw it today.

I like all cars and that sucker just had eyes, you know what I mean ?

After looking at all the cars both new and old, my friend and I came to the conclusion that Detroit has just plain forgotten how to make American cars. To busy chasing their tails trying to build a better Camry I guess. Too bad they're always a day late and a dollar short.

Great pics, thanks - my son is patiently waiting for that new Camaro and it looks like it will be well worth the wait.

Thanks - great pics. Those Yenkos and Copos are sweet, as is the Z28 survivor. Were those on display by private owners?

Thanks for sharing Duntov- I'm a lifer with GM, but ironically I've never been to that show. I go to Spring, Vette, and Fall Carlisle though every time I'm open. As a matter of fact, the wife's already po'ed that I told her I AM GOING to Vette Carlisle this year, even tho it falls on the week we are going to Outer Banks.. I missed it last year due to the same bad timing and I told her I have to go this year... Gotta have priorities!

Nice pics, thanks for posting.

Did it seem like anyone was actually selling their cars? Could you tell?

That white '62 didn't seem like an awful price. How did it look up close?

The body looked good. There was some small pitting in the chrome. What I did notice was the black overspray on the wiper motor. The female hood latches were painted black. There was one small chip off of the paint on the passenger door. There was rust on the outside mirror near the ball. Everything else looked good. I did not check underneath the car. The rear deck lid black emblem backing had some rust in it.

Every year I say I'm not going to go to GM again, and every year I go and have a good time. It's no Spring, Fall, or Corvette Carlisle, but it's fun none the less. While I don't enjoy showing my own wreck, I do enjoy going to car shows and this one was pretty good for a Friday. IMHO There were plenty of vendors and interesting things to see to justify the 3 hour each way trip.

Thanks for posting pics. I went on Saturday, forgot to take camera. I have a '64 ign. shield , top which is stainless and the sides which are magnetic on the main cover, and the two vertical shields that connect directly to it [three pieces] I thought there was going to be a lot of chrome platers there so I carried it around with me to get some prices, turns out I only saw one plater there , other than Bumper Boys .[ It was Pauls] I showed my pieces to him [it wasn't Paul himself] He gave me a price of $600.00 , I could'nt get away from him fast enough.
