Default Yes! 55 Degrees today.

Finally a nice day! Time to go out to my garage and start working on the corvette. I need to replace my exhaust valve, add exhaust spacers and replace my carb. The laundry can wait!

High of 24 here in Nebraska, snowed another 2 inchs last night, total of 10 for last three days. I have been freezing my giblets off. This sucks, I need to move, any suggestions?

My '65 at least made it into the driveway, where I ran it for a bit plenty of work to do on it for spring, but at least it's running. Good news is that it didn't see it's shadow

saw it was 56 and fired that sucker up! gingerly dodged some puddles in the driveway, and off I went, ahhhh felt great, lit those goldlines up once just for good measure (or perhaps because the roads are so friggin sandy) . . .

then saw the sky clouding up and quickly hurried home like a scared little girl . . .

Lucky Americans! 0 degrees C here, (32 F) but still warm enough to open the garage door and fire up both vettes! Too bad about all the ice and snow on the road or I would have gone for a spin....

It was in the mid 40's at noon today with the sun shining & dry roads. Took her out for a 20 mile spin. Had to dodge a few puddles like ctjackster. It felt good to put a few miles on the new 5-speed transmission.

Palm Springs was a balmy 75 today. Installed the rear bumpers today, and had to try the bumpers out with a drive around the area just to see if they worked ok, nice drive.
Got my reworked front bow, so the plan is to have the new canvas top installed thursday.
Getting close to finish.
