Stick-on Crossed Flag Emblems
Does anyone know where I can find stick-on crossed flag emblems EXACTLY like these but with a BLACK background? There are many emblems similar but I need these. They must be 1 3/4" in diameter.

Several years ago I got some from Ecklers that were similar if not the same as your picture. Had them on my magnums, but they were just a touch large so I couldn't get a real great fit -----I've managed to lose them since.

If you mean the centers like those on my spinners here (when you get to this site double click on the side shot of my '5 zeroing in on the wheels). These are not stickons but have a clear plastic covering.

I bought the 3 bar spinners with the emblems already installed on the spinners by "Mr Torque Thrust".
