Pro Team has all the original GM paperwork that proves that Chevrolet stopped all production in 1967.

You cannot argue with the original documentation............

10 times the VIN. I think is how it goes. Then spent major bucks restoring it in Houston (Nabors).

Terry didn't spend S*** - all his friends and neighbors contributed to "restoring" the car as his hype states it

This gets me thinking, my car may be the last 66 factory air car to have had 3 Golden Retievers sit in it (prior to restoration thank God)!

Barret Jackson here I come -I can see it now "I bid 100K + a box of Milk Bone dog biscuts).

________________________________________ _____________

Isn't the "Last Corvette" just a NOM questionable BB car?

Booze + too much money may bring bick bucks at BJ.

Who knows? PTs last attempt at hype (the C1 automatated hard top brougth a max bid of 350K - they were expecting upwards of a million)?

Got to give PT credit though. They appear to be a very successful business financially.

Am I missing something here? With the exception of PT's big hype on this car as the last '67 and therefore last Midyear produced who really cares?
OK, I can see if you are a serious collector that the last production car of a generation could be a desirable item to add to a collection, but other than that i fail to see any other overwhelming "must-have" attributes to this car except that it's a nicely restored '67 corvette.
What in the world justifies a pre-restored price of $250,000 and rumors that PT thinks it may bring a million dollars are some such ridiculous, stupid price.

even if it's a real BB car as they claim as a 427/390 (I don't trust PT on anything especially on BB cars although to be fair who would "fake" a 390hp car rather than a 400hp car, especially an AC car since the 400hp AC cars are a lot rarer) I don't see the what the big deal is on this car to justify the hype and expected amount on the eventual sale.
Call me dumb I guess......

hmmm, my '65 is listed in the NCRS books on their final monthly VIN charts as the last VIN# produced in Feb. '65. I guess that makes my car worth a lot more than any other Feb '65 car. Guess I better get her cleaned up and trailered out to B-J so I can get a stupid amount of money for mine too!!

My 62 Corvette was the first corvette in history to ever bear the serial number 14120. It was painted by Nabers Motors (1982).

I am currently accepting offers starting at $1 million

Some museum will probably buy it to draw in paying customers. Mike Yaeger, jumped through hoops to buy the first and last C5. The last C5 was a coupe. Corvette Fever ran a 2-3 page article on the last C5 Convertible - just ahead of the coupe. If it can happen with C5's....

I think Mike Yeager had either the 1st or last C4 - today, does anyone really care?

I don't think he does either, last I heard it was for sale.

I have to be honest here. I hope it sells for BIG $. Then it's older brother might just be for sale as well.

There are some that might argue that the last Corvette was a solid axle.
