Do you have the VIN ? To start you could try the C2 registry.

The VIN has no hits on the wide web except the mecum auction.
Several members were at the auction and may have put eyes on the car, if you need an opinion on the car. The description is incomplete and the top bid (probably a shill bid by Mecum) is so low for a silver/red 340 that is suggests that car has major issues.

It would be nice to inspect it though.

Mark,
Mecum keeps the titles for 60 days. I’m sure they would be glad to present any offer you want to make. A word of advice is to present an “all in” offer if you decide to go that route.
Good luck. I remember the car but not all the details.
