Starting the process...WTB C2 Convert
I have been out the market for a couple years but have been lurking... I am ready to jump back into the C2 marketplace.
Looking for a convertible, solid driver, matching numbers preferred, but not critical. I do want a solid car, no drama, no giant projects. I want to drive it, have fun with it and tinker, but not a full restoration process. Small block OK, no automatics. All colors considered.
Thanks in advance. The forum has always been great and would prefer a deal with a member.
Thanks, Bill

We are in the dead of winter back in the northeast. Put my 64 convertible on Craigslist a week ago. The first person that saw it bought it. All cash deal and as of Super Sunday, it's sitting in his garage.
I've always had very good luck with Craigslist selling mostly car parts. If I were in the market to purchase a car, I'd put a "want to buy" add on Craigslist as well. You've got nothing to lose, especially with all of the new word search engines that are out there. Sold a new 61-62 soft top frame to a fellow located in Wisconsin on Craigslist a few years back.
Good luck with your search!

Corvette wanted:Have 67 conv
I saw your post. I have a 67 327/350hp convertible. Original drive train. The car is a driver, starts really well. The body and paint are in great shape. The car was restored in 2000 at the direction of the prior owner. He had the car restored by a Corvette shop in KC and wanted the car painted red ( originally Ermine white). The car is rally red with the black standard interior, black soft top. Not a highly optioned car, but side exhaust were added during the restoration. The car will be advertised in the next issue of the NCRS Driveline. I am wanting to sell it because I have found a 67 big block air coupe. The car is located in Dallas, Texas.

"photos" tab / "garage" / "for sale"
take a peek at members cars for sale under the "photos" tab / "garage" section. click the "for sale" box, and select the manufacturer, model and year of your choice. the search provides a list of members cars that meet your criteria. click on a car that is displayed to see additional information. not quite as friendly as hemmings, but it is free for buyers and sellers.
