Are you really sure that you want a 54? They have no windows, came with a two speed Powerglide, have only six cylinder power, leak everywhere, have a top that takes four people to put up or down, and parts cost crazy amounts. If you do, welcome to the club. I love mine.

Default bin their dun that-got the T shirt

Yep, I know the drill. I have had my 56 for 52 years, and 300,000 miles. My biggest problem is that the steering wheel continues to grow in size as I get older and gain weight. I am not a purest, and would retro rod the 54, so it would still leak, but it would run and stop, and drive like it looks. Pass on any leads..Thanks, Allan

Default Another one gets away

...perhaps the driver can take a left, and drop the car off at my place! That looks like the perfect candidate for what I am trying to do. I sold my '68 big block, and will continue the search for the '54. Could you write me a PM and tell me about how much I would pay for something like you just sold? Also let me know if other leads show up. Thanks, Allan
