FS: 1963 Split Window
First,my car is located in Guam. Shipping is not a problem and can provide references. Guam to the U.S. west coast is around 3 weeks.
These are the following U.S. west coast port locations.
http://www.matson.com/matnav/ports/index.html
-1963 Split Window Coupe
-Original #s matching 327/250 motor
-Original 4-speed transmission.
-Early built car
-Original color is Tuxedo Black/Tan Leather but curently red/tan.
-Surface rust on frame but overall solid.
-Birdcage is fine also.
-Paint is decent and driver quality.
-The clock works but the radio doesn't.
-Could use new carpet and seat foams.
-Gas guage not working.
-This is a driver and not a show car. But IS a #s matching, early built,4spd '63 SWC in rare colors.
-Clean title under my name.
$46K

Is this a fair price? No worries,I'm a big boy but really need to sell and in a very negotiable position.
To forum members: How about I include the shipping costs from Guam to the US west coast into my asking price? In other words, west coast residents wouldn't pay for shipping.

A little history on the car.
Sometime in 1999 there was an IN-N-OUT "Cruise-N-Win" raffle contest. The grand prize was a new (at the time) 1999 Corvette and a 1963 SWC (my car). I think maybe the reason the car is red is to match the other car.
The contest winner kept the '99 and sold the '63 to a dealership because of the taxes. A retired Judge (owner before me) then bought it from the dealership and shipped the car to Saipan. The plates "63VETTE" are the Saipan plates from when I first got the car.

Mark: I'm sorry to see you selling your 63. I remember when you first posted after buying it and it sure is a beautiful car.
Hope all is well and continues to be.

Hi Mark,
I think if the car was in the States, it would be a pretty quick sale, but even if you pick up shipping to the west coast, most potential buyers would want to have an expert look at it and look at it themselves. Probably puts it out of reach for most, though I hear Guam is nice this time of year.
Good luck!
