Bosch ABS or Motec Traction, which one 1st?
Bosch ABS or Motec Traction, which one 1st?Advice needed from experienced track guys. Looking to upgrade ABS and traction control.
-Bosch ABS is $9,000 installed
-Motec Traction control is $6,000 installed.
Which gives me more lap time in a 620whp NA 2007 Z06 weighing 2,970 riding on Pirelli P zero take-off slicks??
Other notes: Still have the factory 6 speed but using autoblip. AP Racing brakes all around, Apex 18 inch sq light wheels, LG GT2 coil overs and sway bars, big aero, etc.
Looking for suggestions. Thanks for your help.

I think it depends on your individual driving technique. If you are inconsistent in braking then the Bosch sounds like the answer. If you struggle more with throttle management and steering corrections than TC sounds better.
BTW those installed prices seem low to me. I’ve never got a quote from a shop before but those seem more like parts only prices.

My money would be on the traction control system if you're currently driving with the factory system turned on.
A fresh set of Hoosiers would net you a much bigger gain than either, but it is a recurring expense.
