That's great! In the old days they were pretty snotty about what cars they let race. They wanted creme de la creme cars with history. Is your vette a special one with special history? Is it the DP in the hubbells bubbles picture you raced in Florida or a different car?
Congrats have fun and as they said at the driver's meeting,
"your car already has history, the only history you can make for it is bad history".
The 10 car was accepted but too many pandemic parts delays, still not ready, so had to decline.

yes mine is first Corvette DP ever built. It ran several seasons at IMSA w VISIT FLORIDA, ACTION EXPRESS & WHELEN.
it’s the car w the Bubbles but I had to wrap it in IMSA livery so I chose VISIT FLORIDA.

yes w MASTERS. They have taken over HSR DP, GTP, & F1 classes

Great video, bring back so many memories of watching them up here in Portland. Miss those days so much!! Bob Sobey was always my favorite growing up.
