Default Gears for differential

I have been trying to get my car back to the track this season, missing another event this weekend. Have a broken ring and pinion and the differential has been sent to RPM as they built both my trans and differential. I went with mm6 gearing in the box and 3.73 rear and this seems to be a good combo for Miller. They have had it for a while and now I’m told they do not have any 3.73 gears and might not till the end of July so I would miss July also. They do have 3.42 and 3.90 thinking about going up or down or should I be patient and wait? How big of difference would it make either way?

Plug in your gear ratios, rpm and tire size and see what kind of difference it'll make.

Good idea, I did it and printed all 3 scenarios off. I wish I had some solid data to compare to. I'll try to find some compare.
