control arm bushings? What are you using?

I run the AMT monoballs....and nobody that rides in my car believes I'm on monoballs that rides in my car....it is that "normal" riding. I would classify the ride as "crisp yet smoother" than stock when going over sharp bumps or road irregularities. I've had the same experience when I went to Del-A-Alum bushings on my Mustang and F-body Camaro. Sharp impacts are crisper and shorter in duration, yet the suspension actually feels more compliant.
Tire type and tire pressure will have a many more times affect on ride quality than the bushings you use. Since our cars are full frame and not unibody, this helps a lot because the A-arms are not connected to the body to amplify noise. I think the noisiest part of my suspension is the rod end swaybar links. And I'm of the opinion that all other things being equal, you would not be able to tell the difference in NVH between monoballs or delrin.
Having said that, if you're daily driving the car and are getting into rain or wetness, etc I would suggest the Delrin options since they'll be less likely to be harmed by getting water, road salts, road grim and whatever else you'll be experiencing in your travels.
I do not recommend polyurethane.

If going monoball I recommend our kit (obviously) or GSpeed's if you don't mind doing all the work yourself. Our price is "all in" so all you have to do is send in your arms and we send them back to you with a perfect fit ready to install.
If you wanna go delrin I think Borg is making the nicest stuff out there at the moment.
I wouldn't waste my time on poly bushings as a stop gap if that's a consideration.
Here's a video of how our process works. Good luck whichever way you go!

The one person I know of who went Borg premium had squeaks pretty bad. I rode with him and on uneven surfaces it squeaked like an old Buik. Not sure if that's normal for a teflon delrin.

If that one person is your friend, can you get in touch with them and have them email me (lane at borgmotorsports dot come) so we can get the squeak corrected for them?

Safety Car
I run AMT spherical bearings on a mostly HPDE C6Z track car. I did burn through a couple of sets of OEM rear end links very quickly, as in one track day i.e. knocking noises, weirdly at very low speeds.
I switched to Moog links and they are much better as far as knocking noises in the rear, specifically the right rear. I also increase the end link bolt torque by 10 ft lbs in case the bolt was slipping in the oversized bolt hole in the sway bar or control arm holes.
I am still not entirely sure of the cause of the knocking noises in the right rear.
I also added the AMT chamber plates to lock in the alignment.

I went to Borg Premium Delrin bushings impregnated with teflon and they squeak... I thought the teflon was supposed to prevent that, but even though I think they're great for tracking, off track they can be annoying. Mine squeak the worst after a track session.
Was going to give them a few hundred miles to see if the squeak goes away. Had them put in by a Corvette specialist mechanic, so I'm pretty sure they were put in right.

I've had Borg Premiums on my car for a few years, and never had any squeaks. I haven't Lane is a stand up guy and really helpful if you have any issues (like when I melted my bushings ... whoops? Would have melted the Teflon coating out of the monoballs if I had them, so that would have been no help). I agree with Mark's comment above. AMT, GSpeed, and Borg are the ones I would go to (I have parts from all 3 of them on my car), and all of them have been very responsive and helpful when I've had problems or questions.

It's not normal. The vast majority of our customers don't have this issue, but two or three (that I know of) have. So far, we've traced it to the RUCA position where maybe 1-1.5% of the arms out there have a significantly smaller bushing bore than spec (based on our current database of arm measurements). Mark at AMT has seen this and shared a similarly small dimension a few years ago on his Instagram. I don't know why there is a small batch of RUCA control arms like this, but to prevent the squeak, that position needs to be machined to a smaller diameter to accommodate the out of spec arm. Obviously, this smaller diameter isn't a problem with the OEM rubber bushings.
