C7: Anyone duct entire radiator to hood vent?
I've seen many do this on the c5 and c6 but has anyone successfully ducted the inside of the engine bay ofa c7 so that the radiator is only able to exhaust out of the hood vent?
Similar to this (ignore the missing radiator fan on c7)

On your setup it will be a little more difficult since you air box will need to part of the ducting unless it can me moved. The ducting needs to go from the bottom of your radiator up past the tb to the hood. It can be done with your airbox it just makes it more difficult. It took me 2 days to fab up the one on my C6ZO6.

Simplest way for me is side to side. 2 dzus fasteners to the top piece and 3 dzus fasteners connecting the top piece to the bottom piece,2 screws for the piece under the tb and 2 screws at the bottom of the radiator support

C7 hood vent / ducting
Reviving an old thread here rather than starting a new one. I've got a 2019 Z51 with Dewitts radiator and fan, which means no more factory radiator duct to the hood vent, as the fan is just too big. That's fine, and I feel like I'm getting better cooling that way anyway. Rather than attempt to "duct" the whole radiator out of this vent as per the original post, I would like to replace the factory vent with something that "dips into" (for lack of a better descriptor) the underhood area to "scoop up" more of the air coming through the grill and radiator. I think the vent itself would benefit from a gurney flap in front or the louvres themselves protruding up above the hoodline. Similar to LG's World Challenge hood (which looks awesome and I would love to have one, but it's just overkill for what I'm doing). Has anyone seen anything like this or have other ideas? I've asked a few vendors about this but no one has replied. I really want something like a true waterfall type hood to keep water from falling straight through the vent and onto the front of the engine (though I know it's not really a big deal, especially given I rarely drive in rain), but the ones out there are again overkill and why buy a whole new hood when I really think we could extract an awful lot of heat with the factory opening. Thanks in advance for any input!
PS Bruno, I've learned so much from your various threads, thank you for that!

Faircloth makes a waterfall hood vent for C6 hoods with a lip on the front. https://fairclothcomposites.com/prod...ood-vent-large You may be able to contact him to see if he can verify if it might fit a C7 hood. Or he may be able to make you something custom.
AJ Hartman linked above definitely does good work (I have his wing on my car), but from what I've seen, Faircloth is more willing to do custom stuff.
