This year we have been participating in the Optima Batteries "Search for The Ultimate Street Car" event and the first one took place in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 16, 2019.

For these events we have had Jordan Priestley driving his 2017 Corvette Grand Sport "BERNICE" that we have done an entire build thread on, I will link in the photographs!

Also we have had one of our customers and close friends John Grow, driving his 2018 Chevrolet Camaro ZL-1 1LE "LILITH" that has been equipped with our "1200X" JDP Power Package!

While neither of them were able to take home 1st place, they both were able to place in the top 2 and top 10 in their respective classes!


Jordan Priestleys 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport "BERNICE" with her 440CI Naturally Aspirated LT1 cranking out just under 700 RWHP and 800 HP at the crank!

Jordan Priestley took 2nd place in his class with a grand total of 474 points overall which places him in 4th place in the event overall!

John Grows 2018 Chevrolet Camaro Zl-1 1LE "LILITH" equipped with the JDP 1200X Power Package powered by an Edelbrock 2650 PD Supercharger, pumping out a tire shredding 1100+ RWHP on the 5th generation LT4 6.2L V8!

John Grow took 7th place in his class, with an overall amount of 366 points out of the 500 available!

LILITH taking in as much of the sweet E85 that she loves, to keep pumping out the high horsepower and reliable statistics that she does best!

While these events are fun for us and provide us an outlet for the everyday grind, primarily we use these track events to help us dial in the Power Packages that we provide for our customers and team members that need a reliable weekend warrior that can power through anything they throw at it!
