That's perfect. That's exactly what I have been looking for. I found something similar, but only available in sizes for 1/2" joints. I found his website.

Thank you

Ryan Linder is finishing up the headers - very nice work! Guess this coronavirus thing isn't such a bad deal - getting a lot of work done on the projects while stuck at home and the tracks all shut down. 2.25" SS tubes, SPD merge collectors, LS firing order.

A better shot of the finished headers. Ryan Linder does beautiful work!

Guess these should stop it....Finspeed is building me another set of wheels (18X12f/18X13r). Had to go to a Corvette DP forging for the rear to get the backspacing I needed.

Latest improvement. I bit the bullet and ordered a 6XD sequential transmission (https://www.6xdgearbox.com/). Close ratio with a 1-to-1 5th gear and a .885 sixth - gets me to 175 mph at 7000 rpm (motor is good to 8K). The trans has a load cell (strain gauge) to detect fore and aft pressure on the stick so the ECU can initiate an ignition cut for WOT, no-clutch upshifts and auto-blip for no-clutch downshifts. I had to add a DBW throttle pedal and a throttle drive motor to my Wilson dominator throttle body (had mechanical linkage) to make it work. Some of the Trans Am TA1 guys use the same set-up on their carbureted NASCAR-style motors. Build time for the transmission is currently 4-5 weeks, so I have got time to make the necessary mods. Looking forward to seeing how this thing works...…

Made the modifications necessary to install the sequential. Cleared the reverse mounted starter just fine. Mark Williams is building a new drive shaft since the one for the Tremec I took out was a little too short. RTS provided me with a remote-mount shifter (designed for a C6 application) that I need to build brackets for. DBW throttle installation complete, so now it is time for a MoTec tune to dial in the no-lift-shift ignition cut and no-clutch downshift auto-blip.

A couple of updates. Motor travel limiters completed to stop forward and aft movement against the front and mid-plates. Shifter mount fabricated to accommodate a remote shifter for the 6XD sequential.

Thank you. Yes, Finspeed finished the wheels and they are spectacular. Unfortunately, a CNC data entry error (a + instead of a -) resulted in the wrong backspacing on the rears. They immediately acknowledged the error and set about trying to source a Daytona Prototype forging so they can build a new set of rears. I am confident they will come through.

It was a squeeze, but it fit! Now it is time for lots of plumbing.
