Shocks are here:thu mbs:
Eating some dinner and getting ready to start putting them into sets. I will be sending out payment emails either tonight or tomorrow. The UPS guy was informed that he will be a busy boy on Monday
Thank you everyone for their patience during the delays and I hope you enjoy.
Thanks

I was able to score a set of mildly used DRM valved Bilsteins. What a difference! The car has been totally transformed. Was using C6 Z06 shocks on my 2003 Coupe and oversteer was an understatement (pun intended). Now the back end is planted and I can actually power out of corners.

I would definitely like a set or two of Bilsteins.
Are there plans for version 7.0?
Personally I have had really bad luck with SA Konis on my Camaro. All 4 of the most recent set I bought have leaked and no, the car was not bottoming out. Finding a pool of oil under a front wheel in the middle of a track day is really disappointing. I had to keep another set (rebuilt) available at all times but considering that the front was basically a strut type design, this was a real PITA. I had used Konis in the past with great success but recently, not so much.

That's very good to know...
Maybe when he ships the new ones out we can save on shipping by combining and have enough left over to go for a beer and chat about our setups!

V7.0 has started on my end already We placed the order with Bilstein on 7-31. I was waiting until v6.0 was complete and in the filing cabinet before opening the flood gates again
Got some R and R time in this past weekend, so expect a thread soon!!!

Do you believe the kinks will be worked out with Bilstein this time around? I've been impatiently waiting for v7.0, almost bought a set of sports - stockers are getting on my nerves.

Unfortunately, I did not have my '03Z when this group buy deadline hit. Hopefully I can still get a set. My recently purchased Z is in need of new shocks. I'm also within 1 hour driving distance of Burlington.
