On a couple others he did he had to cut and move the A posts on the cage and a couple other small changes, but it wasn't a big deal for him.
He did that to keep them at 105 wb.
Despite that some will say it can't be done to an ASA chassis, it can and has.
Below is the Camaro that Bemco built for Larry the Roofer from NYC. The chassis was an ASA type. The A posts were relocated.

Woody has some big Nascar AP calipers coming for the front of this car, plus an ATL cell, and a Jerico tranny. He already picked up some Penske shocks.

The body now being fitted up on the "Beckers" chassis. Fits very well, with the main hoops, "A" posts etc not visible when looking straight in through the side windows. 22 gal 33x9x17 cell Nascar type cell just did fit. This is gonna be one sweet racer.
Note the Carbon Fiber driver door. The only piece that came in CF. weighs virtually nothin', this will be nice as it will be hinged to open, unlike SCCA GT-1 types.
I think this one is gonna come in about 100# lighter than mine and with about 75 more HP and 70 more pds ft of torque.

Wow! I have heard of high downforce cars before.... But this is the first car I have seen that can stick to the roof while it is standing still . J/k...beautiful car. Thanks for posting progress pictures

What are you talking about? Cool?? It was in the single digits when I stepped off the plane in South Dakota yesterday. I want to thank you and Woody for the hospitality while we were there. I am excited to come back in January when the car is done.

Mike's body is out getting painted. The guy that is painting it does very nice work.
His tranny and rear gear are coming in next week from Nascar country.
