My build is starting up again, car body has been painted, now the run to final assembly. Car is being finished by Luke Lonberger and crew who has joined with Pat O'Keefe to start CLP Motorsports: they are the west coast Superlite cars distributor. Since last time I've moved out to North Carolina, should have this car at CMP and VIR for HPDE days when it finished.

Went with matte black everywhere,

Small bit of modification,

Start of assembly,

Budget? We don't need no stinking budget!

Sweet project. Can't wait to see track vids of/from this beast.

It is a Woodward SCA700 or SCA900, I forget which, with the MB178 mounting bracket.

I had purchased the Hardbar version of the C5 AP brake kit back around when it was first released. Their website is down and I was never able to get in contact with them recently. Guessing they are out of business.

Essex has their version of the kit which has a different brake hat and mounting. Essex provides AKB springs, Hardbar did not.

In the first post "...car being constructed for HPDE...": that's one serious HPDE build. Subscribing to follow this through.
