NASA Brake Pad Contingency
I have to buy brake pads this year
So who is doing brake pad contingency in '11? Cobalt I believe had one listed for last year? Hawk? Carbotech would be nice, but they don't seem interested.

Carbotech had a decent discount last year for NASA instructors.
Reminds me I need to call them and get new pads for this year.
I'm pretty sure mine are done.

The Hawk contingency leaves a lot to be desired. It's definately not enough to get me to swap brands. It'd be a different story if you could combine the coupons, but it's very clear that you can't.
I think that if any reputable manufacturer were to offer an aggressive contingency, their products would eventually dominate the paddock like Hoosier tires do now.

Maybe carbotech will chime in and listen to us.
I'll use them because of the minimal impact on rotors.
On my heavy corvette a 12/10 set lasted a whole year, and I won't need to change rotors.
When I had my lighter Mustang I was changing rotors every time I put on a new set of blues
