I ended up with 10 total events on the fronts and replaced the rotors and Cobalt XR2 pads. Had a fair amount of Driver side/inside pad taper on the ST60 fronts, anyone else experience this?

Also the StopTech rotors last all year long, we get 12 to 14 track days out of a set of rotors. That is an advatage as well as the pads, we use Hawk DTC-70 pads which cost around $330 per set, and they last us 8 track days, although this is a time trial car and we only have 15 minute sessions, but we are pushing the car pretty hard.
One other side note is that the TT car is only putting out 410 to the wheels and is running aero so that may skew our results.

I have stoptech st-40's with 17" (332x30) rotors on the GTO.

I spread the calipers a bit a while back by using PFC97 pads which don't have
enough torque at high temperatures, so I was standing on the pedal. But they
still work OK.

I bought the brakes used and I guess the rotors are 2-3 years old. I am absolutely
astonished at how well the rotors are holding up. I have a new set of rings here and I
just never see a reason to put them on. And I beat the snot out of the brakes - I am just
brutal on them. Last weekend I went through two sets of DTC-70's in three HPDE days

They're so good, I made a movie about them!

Good flaggers saved the day... could have been exciting... did Dino get you in action there? :-)

To keep this somewhat on topic, I was running Wilwood SL6Rs -- the true full width version -- on LGM brackets with 12.9" NAPA rotors. The rotors actually warped before they cracked!
