You guys have the preparation, talent, equipment and mental focus to win. All you need is for the bad luck gremlin to hang out in the other pits. Thanks for the pictures and updates. RAFT!!
I'll try and update as well during the event from my blackberry and send some pics to a friend to post as time allows. Hopefully we don't spend much time working on the car and I can keep everyone in the loop.

Thanks Jeremy. No pressure or anything but we do expect them to be just as entertaining as your updates from One Lap.....
ps - and people said there would be some GT3's there, though I didn't see them on the entry list. Are they holding out until last minute? I had heard earlier on that a couple of Grand Am Koni Challenge 997's were going to show with all pro drivers, but many of those drivers could be in Germany for the IMSA Annual Awards Banquet.
TRG said that after kicking it around a bit, they won't be going, and I expect Flying Lizard who I heard was going to go, will most likely also be in Germany.
I'd be interested to hear what Danny thinks about the car Aaron. Seems like there may be a few goodies on it that he isn't running on his. IE: brakes and possibly coil-overs.
I'm sure some of the parts are considered "test parts" but without going into to much detail I would really like to hear what he thinks.
If you guys can't release any info on the setup I understand.
Thanks for all of the support! After working on the car everyday for the past month we're ready to go. We lucked into an extra day of prep time because the Fall-Line transport was running behind, which was fine with us.
Josh is wiring the Hella lights which mount on a removable bar on the front. The bar should also work nicely as a "Miata Guard." I'm in the car cleaning up some wiring and I'm not sure what Scott is fixing...
At some point we realized that it was time to call it day when the car was on the lift and we were laying on the floor.
Finally everything came together and the car is done, finished, ready for the transporter.
Now we're focused on organizing our spares, supplies, and tools. It will be nice to be racing instead of working on the car.
Another huge thanks to Corvette Recyclers for going above and beyond to get all the parts we need!

The Pfadt car has a few tricks up it's sleeve for sure. Thus far, Danny has only had good things to say about it. I'll let him share his thoughts as we go along.
We are running Pfadt coilovers (Featherlight prototypes) and Pfatty sways. Pretty much everything we have in our catalog is in the car. It really is a demo/test vehicle for all of our parts. We even have one of our carbon driveshafts hiding in the torque tube.
One of the things that we believe will be an advantage is that the spherical bearings and high roll stiffness keep the geometry very clean and allows for conservative alignment settings and very good tire wear. I get great tire life with our car in general and this event should be no exception. The nice thing is that we are running Hoosier R6s so we are on a tire that Danny, Dean and I all have a lot of experience with.
The car just went into Fall-Line's rig and it is on it's way to Thunderhill. I've got to say I'm pretty happy it's gone. I can get a little sleep for the next few days.
I can say for certain that the car has never been this well prepared for any event. We have been over the entire car wire by wire and bolt by bolt. Everything is either new or has been inspected, cleaned, refurbished, polished, torqued, zip-tied etc...
Before it went into the truck, I did some laps around our parking lot and confirmed that our new dash display screens were working and that the lap timing was even functional (thanks Tim at RacePak). I turned a blistering 1:13.xx in the 'Pfadt Parking Lot Outer Loop'. Pretty sweet.
So, what's a good day to come out to Thunderhill and visit and chat and basically distract you guys from what you'd really rather be doing?
Glen,
We'll be there starting Thursday afternoon. We're open to distraction starting then. If we hand you a wrench, don't say you weren't warned. Come to think of it, we might just hand you a bottle of polish. We're done working on the car. From here on out it is just racing.

I'm not sure if there will be live timing and scoring. I know we will have access to it at Thunderhill, but I do not know if it will be webcast. I think it was last year. Keep an eye here for updates.
Call it what you want, those in combination with the light bar should be kinda handy around 2AM!

It sure is looking VERY nice! I'm feelin' kinda guilty with Aaron and his team doing all the dirty work. With a little bit of luck and a LOT of clean passing hopefully it will look just as good at the finish.
There are currently 69 teams total, with our class (ES) the largest with 18 entries. We'll have a lot of stiff competition:
Thanks for getting back with me Aaron. I plan on making the jump to TTS here in the next year or so. I'm highly considering building a "PFADT" car. Between your high quality products and excellent customer service I am very excited about it. I will be giving you guys a call for sure when it comes time.

Go get um guys!! I look forward to reading about the results.
You set up your car like that, you just might end up like this!
The TTS Podium this year at NASA Nationals was full of Pfadt equipped Corvettes. Left to right that is Jared McGillicuddy running a Pfadt equipped C5, Danny Popp (he drove James Forbis' TTS car with Pfadt sways) and Geff Sawtell with all Pfadt suspension. Pfadt suspension is a pretty good formula for going fast.
