Can someone tell me what type of racing shifter this is...

How does one change gears???

Seperate lever for 1-2 and 3-4 and R.

Very common in late model stock cars.

and unfortunately not quite what you want/need in a road race car. You need/want a Long or a Mid-Valley...both "rail" shifters.
