Default Brian Redman's Cat: Sightings?

Chances are if you've ever raced or flagged Road America you've heard of Brian Redman's cat, and likely seen or even added a stone to his monument where he was buried within the carousel near station 10 at Road America upon his demise a good number of years ago. Perhaps you've even raised your glass to toast the "Bloodshot Blur with Fur". Stories abound about this legendary feline (if you've got any, do share), but has anyone here actually seen him, either before or since his passing? Could this possibly be a photo of him?

Anyway, here's hoping you feel better after last night than does the cat. HNY!

Do sightings of Brian Redman himself count? He lives near me.

You could be right about that, as I can attest personally that there's been more than a few brain cells lost after race weekends at RA, especially back in the day. Some great parties, tho...

We all used to pile into somebody's tow vehicle and head over to St Anna to Schwartz's where we'd spend the night benchracing with steak sandwiches and lots of beer. Back in '69 the Police chief for Elkhart Lake, the city, got himself a Shelby GT500KR genuine police car with all the trimmings. Those were the days...
