Haha... maybe the drag strip. I used to be a drag hound in highschool, but then I found road racing.
The blower was a spare gary had at the shop... I'd like to install it, but we'll have to see if the funds still exist after the paint and targa are all said and done.
I think that the next step is to fill it with subs and audio equipment, lower it to the ground and put 20"/21"'s on it. Are you puting strobes or neon on it? What wing are you going with?

spinners? on those 21's? yellow neon on the bottom?
Not really... I finally have a track only car and can do all the waxer things I've always wanted to do
Targa, fresh paint, a nice stereo and some comfy seats will do it
While I don't share your 'waxer' obsession, I do have respect for anybody who will mod a car the way that they like it... and I've never seen a z with a targa top.
Personally I don't like driving a vette (daily) enough to not use is as a mainly track car, but if you do, more power to you.
I'm guessing you haven't yet tracked the Panoz? If you have, do you have any comparison to offer against the vette?
I got to auto-x it once before the season was over... it's a blast... very nimble and very easy to put the power down simply because there's less of it. Getting used to fully manual brakes will be fun. Will try and have it out at VIR in Feb w/ NASA.
