Add a zero. 30/650/18 = 300/650/18. Not the same size but you would run 30/65/18 and 33/68/18 or 31/71/18. Much faster than any DOT or Dot R tire.

For slicks just use MM or CM. So the Michelin fronts are 30 CM wide, 65 CM tall and go on an 18" wheel and they will work on the C6Z. The other's I would eye up for the rear on a C6Z are the 33/68/18's. 33 CM wide, 68 CM tall and go on the 18" wheel. The 31/71's are a bit tall. They will work and I have run them but over curbing they will say hello and then some to the inner liners.

Michelin mediums are quick and this is a good price. I buy all my Pirelli's from these guys. $700 a tire new for Michelin's most times.

Slicks are interesting when you look at rears for instance. A 31/71/18 is exactly the same overall tire height as a 31/71/19. The 31/71/18 just has a taller/fatter sidewall. Does that makes sense now?

I am betting your fronts are 315/30's. The 335's rears are a little short. You will get more MPH in gear if you go to a 345/35/18 enabling you to carry 3rd a little longer. It does help. Hoosier says 26.8" tall for the 345/35/18 and that's similar to the 33/68/18 Michelin in height.

315*0.7/25.4+18*25.4=677.6

So not quite 680 but close

335/35/18= 691 fyi

I have a few of the 30/65/18. The 33/68/18 will be very difficult to find.
