F/S C5 Front Caliper Hardbar T1 AP Racing 8350+Bracket
For sale used AP Racing 8350 Caliper modified to fit new Brackets and stainless DOT Brake Line. Price is 600 + my shipping fees (from Montreal, Canada)
My original Hardbar bracket had cracked and i could not find any replacement that fit for them. Hardbar is close, Essex tell me that their new bracket will not fit.....
So i had via my friend who own a shop done something.
He put me in relation with one of is client (Massive Brakes) who make many kind of high quality brackets and add on for the BMW market.
I ask him to design me a bracket to fit the new Wilwood caliper that is almost the same dimension as the AP Racing 8350 but with 6 Pistons. They had a 4 pistons caliper too with the same surface ratio of the C5 oem rear caliper that is built on the same caliper core, so the brackets will fit on the 4 corner...
The best thing is that it will fit the same disk and pad as the front.(But your losing your parking brake.)
When I receive my bracket I was curious to see if it will fit the AP Racing caliper .... And yes it almost fit perfectly... I had some modification to do on the AP Caliper (dremeling) but wow it fit....
So With this kit you have a bracket that could fit the AP Caliper and the Wilwood superlite 6 pistons.

Don't forget that you could use those bracket in the back with the wilwood super lite 4 Pistons galiper ( with the same surface area then oem rear caliper ) and in bonus use the same disk and pad shape as the front... That what I do and I could rotate all my piece front to back to use it at the maximum.

If it runs the OEM rotors you could buy the Performance AFX rotors someone has for sale on here now, and have a very cost effective big brake kit.
