Default My First Corvette C5-R...

I can't believe I never purchased an AUTOart C5-R! This was part of an award I won over on DiecastXchange. Not sure if Darrick is a member here, but if he is thank you!

This is a brilliant model by AUTOart. Just perfect, except for the "CORVETTE" banner on the windshield which should be blue It has a real since of quality about it and I know this won't be my last C5-R, but I just can't get myself to buy a C6R knowing its sealed. Why did they do that!? I hope you enjoy the pictures,

Justin

the sealed c6r isnt that bad, just expensive for not opening, but the detail is nice as far as proportion to the real car.

Thanks for the comments! This has become my favorite 'Vette I think. It looks great displayed with the other 'Vette's in my collection and even though the mold is now 6-7 years old you really wouldn't know it. Well, maybe the dog legs give it away.

The C6R does look nice, but for $70 it should at least have a removable engine cover

so where are the rest? Do you have all the 1/18 C5R's? I like the #3 texas race (black & white nose) one I think it is?
