Default Plexiglas box?

Has anyone ever used a Plexiglas box in a corvette. Im thinking of getting this and just puttin it behind me in my FRC. It will house my JL10w7 just like the pic. It will be the same setup.

I think im going to give it a try. They are a little on the expensive side IMO. Hopefully it will sound good.

If it is built correctly it will sound no different than a wood box box. Just becarefully since it will scratch easily. Post up some pics.

I like the idea of the plexiglass box. There is a big vendor on ebay who sells them. I don't like the JL logo on this one though. They also will scratch up easily and make sure you are neat with the wiring and mounting the sub, if you strip or crack the plexi it is very obvious.

That box is very classy looking. Its a down fire box, so you face it just like it is, with the sub facing down. Generally you have the sub point towards the rear of the car.

That is a sweet looking box
You will want to have it fastened down to the car somehow. A loose sub box could be the death of you in a forward moving crash
