help!!!! need an ignition wire!!!!!!!

I am trying to install an aftermarket head unit on a 1998 c5. I have read a few threads about this issue. Most of them mention something about finding an ignition (red) wire somewhere in the passenger floorboard. I dont know where though. Could somebody explain where i can find an ignition wire!!!

Check your owners manual. There is an accessory wire harness in the upper right hand side of the passenger floorboard. Yellow is switched 12+, orange is constant 12+, and black is ground.

Please note, the 2004 does not have this accessory wire harness.
