anyone have a dash disassembly proceedure for c5 stereo removal?

i need to remove the aftermarket stereo in my '01 to send it in to eclipse. i haven't even started looking for a way to disassemble the console. anybody have a proceedure to do this so i don't break/damage stuff? TIA.

There are 4x10mm nuts under the center console. There is 1 torx head behind the ashtray, 1 torx next to the lighter and 1 torx in the air temperature sensor.

that's it?! well, hell, if it's that easy, i might just pull the stereo tomorrow. i was thinking i was going to have to pull screws, unclip clips, wedge and pry and on and on.... works for me.
will that give me complete access to the stereo?
