C4 Tuner

I've just finished the installation of an aftermarket stereo system on my C4 and now I'm helping a friend of mine to do the same job on his C3 (1980) Does someone have an idea where I could find the tuner or at least how I could find the power, ignition,ground and power antenna wires Thanks a lot

wiring? gee... have a volt meter and test light?
