1a: 8 to 10 guage will be fine.
1b: Yes you should use a fuse on the power wire in addition to the main fuse in the deck itself. Install it 8-12 inches from the battery, I would use double the fuse rating of the one in the deck(but it really doesn't matter as long as it is at least the same as the deck fuse, but not bigger than 50 amps).

2: Anything from 14 gauge to 18 will be fine.

3: 50w amp seems a little small...but there is no reason not to run 4-8 gauge wire to leave room for upgrades down the road.

4: 10 to 14 gauge will work.

That help?

Get a walmart 10 gauge kit, it hasa built in fuse holder.

2) need to know best gauge wires to run to 6.5 speakers in doors. I MAY ADD A 75w amp later.
16 Gauge will be fine. I buy 50 foot rolls of 16 at Walmart for $7

10 gauge is fine. But I'd GO with 8 gauge since you plan to get a bigger amp some day. Another wamlart kit.

4) need to know best gauge wires to run from sub amp to Subs.
16 gauge is fine for 50 watts.

ANY OTHER WIRING HELP, TIPS, or advice will be appreciated,

Copper is as copper does. Dont let anyone talk you into expensive wires.

THANKS.
No Problem.

Kale, I agree on the copper is copper thing the expensive install kits I saw in the electronics stores are why I asked for recommended gauge sizes so i could source wires other than in monster kit form.

Just get good sturdy cables. I like thick cables so they aren't pinched easily. I wouldnt spend the extra money on gold cables.
