Default C5 help: where to mount more amps

:seeya
I had a question for the guys out there with more than a couple of amps. I currently have a 3 speaker enclosure filled with 10" RF Punch DVC subs. Right now the DVCs are jumpered together, with all 3 speakers run in parallel. Thats connected to a RF Punch 800a2 bridged down to 1 channel. The thing is these speakers can handle 1000W each, and I'm only putting about 250 to each right now. What I want to do is install 2 more Punch 800a2's, the only problem is I'm trying to find a place for the amps and the capacitors that looks good.

The only requirments I have are that it look good and not get in the way of the targa when it's off. Thanks for your ideas!!!!

Here are some pics of my current setup...

Your amp mount looks awesome!

There is a lot of room above the all of the rear compartments before you interfere with the top storage.

I'm not sure on the exact dimensions of the RF amplifiers, but if I'm remembering correctly those side things come off making the amp smaller right?

Could you build a small carpted frame to go around each of the extra two amps an put over the side compartments replacing the covers with the amps?

If the size happens to work I think that would look pretty cool and take up minimal extra space.

Another option would be to stand all three vertically and have them in the center well. You could kinda stadium tier them so they look cool.

I know you can relocate the changer to one of the side wells to add space in the center.

Thanks for the complements! Yea the sides of the amps come off but they do a good job of hiding the connections, although if it came down to it I could always remove those and build a smaller frame to hide the wires. I honestly never thought about stacking the amps and that's actually a really good idea now that you mention it, although I'd have to install some fans to circulate the air over the heat sinks. The changer isn't hooked up regardless so I can pull that out and get a little more room, and while I'm at it I was thinking about relocating the capacitors to one of the side compartments.

Thanks again for the ideas. I'll be sure to post some more pics when it's done
