Trying to get the Alpine 5.25 seperates to fit in the stock front location in my 94.
I have installed 15-20 systems in the past 20 years in various cars and trucks but never have I had soooooo much trouble. Been at it nearly 2 weeks and still not done.
Finaly got the rear 6x9 and the HU installed and working. Been fighting with the fronts for at least a week. I made the 1/4 plate to span over the Blose indent. Cut a second piece to mount the speaker to. Trying to get the angle and depth right so that it all fits under the stock cover. Almost there but the speaker magnet hits the frame box and the front of the speaker just touches the cover.
How the he11 are you guys making these things fit !!!!!!!!!!!!!
