Default c5 install- metal tab behind HU

...hey guys I saw some of you bent down this metal tab thats in the way. I tried to bend it both back and forwards but I cant do it. I've tried channel locks, vice grips etc, cant get the angle or leverage. I'm thinking of sawzaling the thing off. Before I go tearing into it, anybody have any suggestions?

I like the swazall idea. I used a hammer and a flat blade screwdriver. You don't need to make it flat, just get it to bend out of the way about 45 degrees.

Used the sawzall, it went thru it in about 2 seconds. Somehow I managed to stuff the headunit in there without deforming that back panel. Definately much better though, the GM headunit sux. THe cd changer was too slow changing discs and tracks... and recovering from skips and sometimes would hang up on CD's altogether!
