Default What causes this?....

I have a 4x45 head unit(I know it's nowhere near that in reality)...and 6x9's in back and 3.5's in the front. IF the volume gets up there the 6x9's start clipping out at each bass note....is this due to 1) low power 2) thin bose wiring or 3) bad speakers.
I have an 4 channel amp on the way hopefully it will sound beter.....

I would guess 1 first. Maybe 3 but you would know the answer to this; are they cheap speakers?

Are you sure the woofers aren't hitting anything at full extension? Make sure the foam surround or the cone isn't striking something when it pushes forward.

They are new pioneers.....I think it's too low power myself...the display on the head unit kinda dims on bass notes....hopefully amp will help

One thing that I noticed help a whole lot was replacing the recievers power wire with 8 gauge. My display no longer dims at high volumes and the sound is much clearer.

1) turn the bass down
2) run a high pass filter of 70hz to the rear

I already turned the bass down to -2....I thought about the bass-blockers...but...its not even that loud and there isn't that much bass.....I am not talking rap-bass or heavy bass...just like kick drums in normal rock songs.....
