I just picked her up from “CJ sound” In Houston TX after 4 weeks of plastic surgery, they spent a lot of time making her beautiful with custom stereo insulation - alpine 7897, 8” screen with TV/DVD/PS1/and navigation with 2 custom boxes for 2 500s Rockford amps, PS1, tuner and 2 12” kickers - what do you think and check out the flush mount of the 7897 and 8"screen and the location of the AC control unit in the back between the seats - they also did my hood liner check tell me what you think of the system may be I can upgrad the 12" later but for now that is all the $$ . They do A+ work and I recommend them all the way - it rocks!!!

PS- the only thing I don't like is the location of the DVD in the back !!

looks really good :cool: I like the custom console they made, but I don't think I could stand having the AC/Heater controls behind me like that...

thanks - I know now but that is the only place they can think of ! and it is backward driver temp. control is on passenger side so i need to get used to it .

Any reason why they mounted the head uint above the monitor, and not the other way around? If it were me, I'd want the monitor up high.

With the larger 8" screen the radio would have been so low that there would have been interference with the 7897 folding out and the gear shift. Probably couldn't insert a CD with it that low either

this what I wanted but the installers had a problem with the stereo being deep he will have to re-locate the airbags sensor right behind the ashtray and it would have been a bad idea in the future . the AC control can be relocated in that spot since it is not as deep . it would have looks :cool: the other way .
as far as the shifter it will be cut shorter in few days .

Yeah what the hell is that holster looking thing on the passenger side? Is that for your 44 mag? Texas is a state where you can carry right :D
