Default fiberglass

looking to start using fiberglass for a custom interior, but have never used it before. Are their any good books, websites, videos etc. I want to create custom door panels, center counsel, and eventually a custom dash.

This link has what you need. Look under "instruction videos"

Good luck! Fiberglass is great once you learn how to apply it. Practice before you jump into a big job like that. :)

Like said above, if it's your first time with fiberglass, start off with something small and practice. If it doesn't turn out how you like it, trash it and start over. It's lots of fun making your own custom stuff though

Here's the sites I get all my crap from:

Mixing the resin is the most complicated because of temp variations and time of year. I halfway recall some sort of "working with fiberglass" article in maybe Popular Hot Rodding or such. One of the tricks he used was to mix a "test batch" to time the cure of the resin. If it took too long or too short he would then readjust the amount of hardener to get the appropriate cure time.

Good luck
