Are those JL tweeters. I am looking to get a new pair, mine don't flush mount. How easy are they to aim?

Yes they are JL's. As far as aiming them goes:
Not difficult at all. In fact, all I have are the 3/4 inch and I don't even have them aimed at all towards the driver/passenger and in my opinion they are even a bit overpowering. They reflect really well off of the dash and windscreen. I've got them dialed way down (something like -12db) on the signal processor and they still show a touch too loud in my opinion. It's a great setup. It took me a total of 30 minutes to cut and install both pillars. Just be sure to measure and mark properly. I used a dremmel for more precise control and burned through the molding more than cut it. The left pillar has plenty of clearance, but the right is more constricted. I seriously doubt that you can fit a deeper tweet up in there.
