CorvettePartsBob at Ken Fichtner Chevy can't help you (corvetteparts@hotmail.com)? He is about $95 for the kit with the harness and bracket. Kind of surprised he can't get you the brackets only for GM wholesale $.

If new is too many $, there are 2 guys who deal in parting out vettes on the left side of the screen - karshop and vette2vette.

Here's a link to the last parts newsletter I saw from Bob Wendorff (most CD stuff other than brackets is at the bottom):
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=493933

Bob usually posts a parts newsletter about once a month in the Ken's newsletter section because that is where he works as the parts manager. At any rate he knows C5's and if you mention that you are a forum member you get GM wholesale delivered to your door with reasonable shipping cost. I usually find it easier than going to the local morons who try to put the gouge on you and don't know what they are doing for a C5 anyway. I assume you can get the brackets separately but I am not positive.

Here is a place that has several pics of the CD changer installed in the factory location (not a place to buy stuff):
http://www.liveupdater.com/cnv/CNVinventoryALL.asp

You have to go to the bottom where they have C5's. Look for the cars that have a 12 disc CD changer in the description. Some (not all) have pictures of the CD changer installed - you have to click on the detail for the car and see whether one of the photos listed is of the CD changer.
