How deep of 6x9's can I use in my '85?

if your enclosure is anything like my 92's, I bet money you could fit a buick in there.

:iagree: There is a giant cavity behind the rear speakers. You will have no problem fitting any 6x9 on the market in that spot.

The C3 had a really problematic shallow space. The C4 is large enough for any 6x9s I've run across.

There is a ton of space there as others have said. Why don't you open it up and check for yourself if you have any doubts. It only takes a couple of minutes.
