Default Lost some illumination in my GM radio...

which is in my 1989 Cadillac. Most of the display lights up but portions of it do not. I presume a small bulb has blown but how hard is it to replace these little bulbs. Removing the radio will not be a problem, I am sure, but where to go from there. Thanks for any replies.
