Ragtop Upgrade Recommendations

I'm considering upgrading the audio in my '02 vert and would appreciate any advice or recommendations. I've heard some good things about the JL Audio Stealthbox but know there must be lots more out there I am unaware of. Thanks...........

Thanks for the reply Randy. I think my question is probably too open ended to start with. I don't have the $$$$ to do a full upgrade right now so I would like to approach the upgrade one step at a time. What should I do first and would give me the most bang for the buck?

Most bang for the buck would be to get a 10 or 12" sub and a decent amp for it. You can get both for under $500. I would recommend a 12" for a vert. due to the fact that the top is down most of the time and it blocks the path to the trunk area. This is a good starting point and should make the stock system come alive!
I am installing a Diamond Audio MacDaddy 12" sub in a custom stealthbox for the center compartment and a JBL 1200.1 (1200 watt) sub amp. I think it should have a little THUMP:eek: in it!
