Default C6 amp replacement

Seeing the thread with the 'stealth' install (where he put the arc audio amps in the factory location) got me thinking.

Has anyone compiled a list of amps that can fit in the factory location? I know there are a bunch of small class D amps around now.. but curious if there's a list.

No list here. But I'm going to put a pair of Soundstream Picasso Nano PN4.1000 in its location.

Maybe I missed it.. but is there even a good measurement of how much space is available to work with? Size of the old amp?

There seems to be a lot of good options for small amps, but it's looking like it'll require two small ones to power components and a sub.

not my friend with a arc audio...they are built for power...more power than you will ever need...but always have it when you want it,,,there is a thread out there that has it installed...one of the best imo

isn't that limited to 4ohm bridged? So if I ran it as a 3 channel, the bridged sub channel would be 4ohm.. was looking at the NVX loaded stealth sub box, which is 2ohm (and why I was assuming I'd need a separate amp for the sub)

Would love to just run a single amp with 2 channels for components and 2 channels bridged/mono for the sub... and still fit it in the stock location.

Got a link to the other build thread with the amps in the factory location?

I shouldn't have started poking around the audio forum...I *was* satisfied with just doing the head unit...
